In the end, the Foundation would round up any surviving double agents and proceed to give them amnestics. The Chaos Insurgency is a splinter group, being antagonistic to the SCP Foundation. The Foundation would quickly catch on this though and then the CI would strike a deal with the UIU, claiming to be helpful and that the Foundation is even more bad. Their organization structure is Alpha class personnel are shock troops, Beta class personnel are their handlers, Delta command is the equivalent of the O5 position that orders global operations. Whats left there content-wise is to show case the SCPs associated with the Chaos Insurgency, and the Chaos Insurgency format. And then, once they transport any SCP items to the Foundation, they strike and in the chaos, the CI (disguised as Foundation personal) would capture and torture the agents who were affected by them. Then I would imagine they would falsify orders or conversation with between the two factions to further their corruption. Basically the CI would implant betas within the UIU to find out who is easily corruptible and focus on them.
